These Upload Terms apply when you upload photos, videos, or other files through a QR code powered by The QR Vault, operated by Malaga Web Designs (Spain). By tapping "I Agree", you accept these terms.
You confirm you own the content or have permission to share it. It does not infringe any third party rights. You have consent from any individuals appearing in the content.
You grant the QR code owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and share your content for personal or business purposes. You retain all rights to the original content.
You must not upload illegal, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful content. Content promoting violence, containing malware, or infringing intellectual property is forbidden. Violations will be reported to authorities.
We collect and store: uploaded files, your IP address, device/browser info, upload date/time, and consent acknowledgement. This data is retained for legal compliance and security.
You upload at your own risk. The QR Vault accepts no liability for uploaded content. You agree to indemnify The QR Vault from any claims arising from content you upload.
The QR code owner monitors uploads. To report content or request removal, contact hello@theqrvault.com.
